My voice has a sincerity listeners appreciate. Just ask for lots of dimple; I can do that, too. Food and image spots sound great with my voice. And from warm, sexy, smooth to corporate sounds or girl-and-mom-next-door voices—well, that’s me. I'm an acclaimed actress who can deliver real conversation "really well," and I have a whole roster of character voices and dialects, too.
Some of these include: southern, French, English ("posh" and "cockney"), Australian, Irish, Scottish, Japanese, Hawaiian pidgin (I grew up in Hawaii), children's voices, elderly and more...When it comes to phone/mail messages, I'm tops and oft-requested. I'm the phone voice of a national bank, several hospitals, an Amtrak facility, and others. I'm particularly good at making tech reads sound listenable. My Voice Experience
My many years as a voice over professional have led to numerous national and regional (northern CA) awards, including national Addies, Tellys, NY-London-Dallas Film Festivals, Silver Microphones—even a Clio nomination. I am much requested, affordable. great with commercials, audio books, narrations, cartoons, films. In addition, I will produce your audio from concept to writing to studio mix. I’ve done voice looping for film (Skywalker Ranch, Loop Group). Have references, will travel.
My Training
My education includes work as a Communications/Education major (BA), and English Lit (MA). Acting experience includes Greg Snazelle in SF, Jean Shelton in SF, Actor's Workshop in Sacramento, Dominican University in San Rafael and many voice-over workshops sponsored by my agents in LA and SF. I am the founder of a successful audio production facility in no.CA , recently selling my interest after 20 years. I have appeared in countless television commercials and films, and have been the voice for many more. My latest endeavor is as a professional theatrical spoken word artist in the nationally acclaimed performance group, StoryVoices.

I am a professional spoken word artist, a storyteller. I sing and write music, play piano and guitar. I have a unique ear and have been the audio producer/script writer and excellent director for many award winning audio campaigns. For some reason, I’m unusually good at tech scripts (able to pronounce big tech words in a single bound!). I have taught English at the community college level and currently teach voice over/character voice skills to both beginners and advanced voices. I can engineer my own voice tracks and have all bells and whistles!
